Fund your account or withdraw to your GCash wallet directly. Your GCash number must match the mobile number on your 7betph account. The transfer reflects in your account wallet once GCash confirms the transaction on their end.
Maya deposits and withdrawals follow the same name-matching rule as GCash. Select Maya in the Banking section, enter your Maya-registered mobile number, confirm the amount, then approve inside the Maya app.
GrabPay is available as a deposit channel for accounts where the registered name matches your GrabPay profile. Select it in the deposit screen, authorise the charge inside your Grab app, and the amount posts to your 7betph wallet.
PESONet connects your 7betph wallet to participating local banks. Use it for larger transfers where you prefer a direct bank channel. Bank account name must match your registered 7betph account name for the transaction to clear.
Direct bank transfer lets you fund your account or receive payouts through your existing bank account. Account name verification applies. Reference numbers shown at the point of transaction help you track the transfer on both ends.
Adding money to your account is straightforward once your payment method is set up and your names match across both platforms. From the Banking section, the deposit flow takes you through method selection, amount entry and a confirmation step — the whole process stays within your account and the payment app you choose.
Log in and select Banking from the main account menu. The deposit tab is shown by default. If you are on mobile, the menu is accessible from the account icon at the top of the screen.
Select GCash, Maya, GrabPay, PESONet or Bank Transfer from the list. The method must correspond to an account registered in your name. Methods not available for your account type will appear greyed out.
Type the amount within the minimum and maximum limits shown for the selected method. The limit display updates depending on which rail you pick. Do not close the page after submitting — wait for the confirmation screen.
For GCash, Maya and GrabPay, you will be redirected or prompted to open your wallet app to authorise the charge. For bank transfers, use the reference number shown to complete the transfer from your banking app. Your wallet balance updates once the payment platform confirms.
Before you request a withdrawal, confirm that your account verification is complete — the status is shown in Account Settings. An unverified account will be held at the review stage until the required documents are matched. Once verified, open the Banking section, switch to the Withdraw tab, and select the method you want to receive funds on.
Go to Account Settings and confirm your verification status shows as approved. If documents are still under review, wait for the status to update before submitting a withdrawal request.

Transaction history uses status labels — submitted, processing, completed, or on hold — to show where a transaction sits. A 'completed' label on the 7betph side paired with a matching entry in your wallet log confirms the full cycle has closed.
Your full transaction history is in the Banking section under History after login. It lists deposits and withdrawals chronologically with dates, amounts and status. You can scroll back to any previous transaction without a time limit shown on the screen.
Save or screenshot the confirmation screen from your GCash, Maya or bank app at the point of each transaction. If a query arises, this screenshot alongside the 7betph reference number is the evidence set support needs to investigate quickly.
Security around your money starts with how you access the account and extends through every transaction step.
